  • No misleading claims about ROI, rental yields, or visa eligibility.

  1. VAT (Value Added Tax)
    D.Capital Real Estate LLC is not currently VAT registered. Therefore, no VAT is charged on our services at this time. Should this status change, we will update these Terms & Conditions accordingly.
